Credit file (credit report)

The record held by each credit reference agency of your borrowing and payment history. It includes details of all credit accounts, missed payments, defaults, CCJs and credit applications.

Your credit file shows that you opened a credit card in 2018, missed one payment in 2020, and have since maintained a clean record.
